This research is motivated by the researcher"™s desire to know how the management of Kuda Lumping Bangun Trisno dance studio which stood since1978 and still survive until now. The problem is this research is how the management and existence of dance studio Kuda Lumping Bangun Trisno this. The method used in this research is descriptive method of analysis with qualitative research form. The approach used is the ethnographic approach. Sources of data obtained from sources or informants who have been appointed by the sanggar. Data collection techniques used in this study is using observation techniques, interviws and documentation studies are still stored from the first with now. The data validity testers used in this study are source triangulation, that is comparing and checking the information obtained from the observation, documentation study, and the result of intervew to the informant about the management of Kuda Lumping Bangun Trisno dance studio in Rasau Jaya district Kubu Raya district. The research result is about management of management and exsistence of dance studio Bangun Trisno. The management of implemented by the dance studio Kuda Lumping Bangun Trisno with the management of kinship. It means that everything related to organizational or group problem is done based on the concepts of kinship.
