Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the Pattern of Management of Time and Learning Outcomes of Students Who Schools While Working at Pontianak Mujahidin High School. This researcher was carried out using descriptive research methods using qualitative forms. The research techniques used are Direct Communication Techniques and Documentary Study Techniques. With the results of the study as follows: 1) The overall pattern of time management carried out by students who are working while is good, but still not able to help them optimally in attending school learning. 2) Overall they are not maximal in learning activities because their concentration in participating in learning is still disrupted by their working conditions. 3) How students manage the time and learning outcomes of students who go to school while working at Pontianak Mujahidin High School. Overall the way students manage time while working can be overcome this is because it is helped by the hours of school entrance that is daytime.
