Abstract
This research is aimed at finding out satisfactory of members of a cooperative towards the performance of managers and towards the satisfaction of the entire members of a trading cooperative Alfamart in West Pontianak sub-district. The method of this research is descriptive quantitative in form of correlation study. The population of this research is the entire members of trading cooperative Alfamart of West Pontianak. The sample consists of 99 persons based on the quality, quantity, timelines, cost effectiveness, and rights of the members through the test of validity, reliability normality and linearity. On the first indicator the quality, is categorized high with the value of 69%, the quantity is categorized moderate with the value of 60%, the punctuality is categorized moderate with the value of 55%, the cost effectiveness is categorized high with the value of 64%. Based on the result of the descriptive analysis, it is concluded that the performance of the managers are categorized high. Then, obtained Tratio<tcritical (3,364 > 2,010). Therefore, null hypothesis (Ho) is accepted. The calculation of determination coefficient shows the effect of the performance towards the satisfactory of the members19.1%, and the rests are 80.9%. Meaning, the performance of the managers affects the satisfactory of the members.
