MEDAN MAKNA VERBA MEMBAWA DALAM BAHASA DAYAK KAYONG

Abstract

penelitian ini mendeskripsikan komponen makna, jenis makna, dan peran semantis verba membawa. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah etode deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah kata-kata yang mengandung medan makna verba membawa dalam bahasa Dayak Kayong (BDK). Sumber data dalm penelitian ini dalah BDK yang dituturkan oleh penutur asli BDK. Teknik yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan pemancingan terhadap informan yang merupakan penutur asli BDK. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu daftar pertanyaan, gambar, serta peragaan. Hasil analisis data yang ada, disimpulkan bawa dalam BDK terdapat 21 leksem verba membawa tanpa menggunakan alat dan 13 leksem verba membawa dengan menggunakan alat. Jenis makna ditemukan 34 makna leksikal, 34 makna kolokatif, 34 makna gramatikal, tiga makna tematikal, dan 34 peran semantis.

Abstract: Specifically, this research has a purpose to describe the component of meaning, type of meaning and semantic function of bring verb. Moreover, the research was expected to be documented and the result could contribute to increase the knowledge and conception for the readers. The used method in this research was descriptive method. The data in the research were the words about bring verb which are contained the meaning field of bring verb in BDK. The source data in this research was BDK that is spoken by the native speakers. In this research, the researcher used the technique by allowing the informant  as the native speaker spoke the BDK. The used tools in the research were the list of questions, pictures or photo, and visual aid. Based on the existing data analyze, the researcher  conclude that in BDK there are 21 words of bring verb without useful tool, 13 words of bring verb use tool. Furthermore, the type of meaning was found 34 lexical meanings, 34 gramatical meanings, three thematical meanings, 34 collocation meanings, and 34 semantic function.
