Abstract

Abstract

Register is a variation of language caused by the typical properties of its usage needs. In this case the register is used for a specific purpose in an activity, as opposed to a social or regional dialect.This study aims to (1) description of the type of register used by lemon farmers in Sejiram Village, Tebas District, Sambas District, (2) description of the register elements used by lemon farmers in Sejiram Village, Tebas District, Sambas Regency, (3) description of factors which influenced the use of the lemon farmers register in Sejiram Village, Tebas District, Sambas Regency, (4) the description of the description text in the first semester of Grade VII Indonesian Language Learning in the 2013 curriculum based on the speech of the lemon farmers in Sejiram Village, Tebas District, Sambas Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative research. The approach used in this study is an inductive approach. The source of the data in this study is an oral language spoken by limes farmers in Sejiram Village, Tebas Subdistrict, Sambas District, which uses BMDS. The data in this research are in the form of words, words, and words that contain registers on lemon farmers in Sejiram Village, Tebas District, Sambas Regency. The data collection technique used in this study was tapping technique, the technique of referring to skillful involvement, recording techniques, and note-taking techniques. The tools used in this study are researchers, cameras, and stationery. The results of this study classified data in two types of registers, namely open registers and closed registers. The most dominant registers used are closed registers. The registers contained in this study are located in Sejiram Village, Tebas Subdistrict, Sambas Regency, limestone farmers as speakers and speech partners. The function of the language used in this study is interactional, personal and heuristic functions. The most dominant function used is interactional. This study provides a 2013 semester 7 semester RPP curriculum model 1.
