Abstract

The title of this research is social interactions associative form of cooperation between sociology subject teacher in SMA Negeri 5 North Pontianak. Common problem in research this is How is associative social interaction in the form of harmony between sociology subject teachers at SMA Negeri 5 North Pontianak. This research method uses qualitative research which is the instrument of the researcher itself using observation and interviews. The results of this study are from of harmony between sociology subject teachers at SMA Negeri 5 North Pontianak proven by collaborating in giving additional lessons to students will face the sociology Olympiad and prepare for the learning process by discussing designing RPP, questions and material. Helpful activities help, which help lend the use of media tools, facilitate the learning process, and convey assignment information to student because the teacher in question cannot attend school. A form of cooptation between sociology subject teachers at SMA Negeri 5 North Pontianak proven school service activities for teatchers and all school members then healthy gymnastics for all teachers and students.
