Abstract

This research aims to know the extent of the influence of the use of the model Jigsaw to learning outcomes natural sciences grade V 06 elementary school North Pontianak. The research method used that is method of experiments with the form of his research was Quasi Experimental Design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this research is the entire class V students comprising students of class VA and VB class which students amounted to 43 students. The selection of the sample was selected based on certain objective by observing the traits and characteristics of the population. Data collection techniques using measurement techniques. Data collection tools in the form of multiple choice totaling 40 questions. Based on the results of the calculation (post-test) class of experiments and 74.33 learning outcomes (post-test) class control 67.64 two   classes of normal distribution, followed by t-test obtained tcount of 2.105 and ttable of 2.020 meaning tcount > ttable then the Ha received. It can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of the model Jigsaw   to learning outcomes natural science students class V State primary school North of Pontianak 06. From calculation effect size 0,66 (medium criteria.)
