To find the description of the teller's task at the bank, the conceptual model of learning patterns of Bank Mandiri's teller skills and to find out the learning evaluation of the roleplay system in Bank Mandiri teller service. This research refers to descriptive research method using qualitative approach. The use of descriptive research methods to obtain a systematic description of the phenomena under investigation. The phenomenon is the daily activities undertaken by bank tellers in serving customer transactions which then decided to be the object under study in order to improve the quality of services provided.There are twenty-three aspects in detail in the cash deposit service and twenty-four aspects of cash withdrawal services to customers. It appears that the increase in scores occurred in each week, this shows the method of applied roleplay gives a significant impact on the teller in the bank Mandiri.The skills of teller in providing services on two transactions Cash and Cash Deposit are in high and high category. With satisfactory results, it gives a positive impact both for the teller directly as the service they provide to the customer is getting better, also give a positive impact directly to Bank Mandiri itself.
