MANAJEMEN PROGRAM KELAS CERDAS ISTIMEWA (CI) PADA SD MUHAMADIYAH 2 PONTIANAK

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the CI program management class 2 SD Muhammadiyah Pontianak. However, the specific aim of this study was to obtain information on: (a) management class CI program planning, (b) management class CI program implementation, and (c) program evaluation management on the CI class 2 SD Muhammadiyah Pontianak. This research is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through non-participant observation, interviews and documentary studies. Data sources consisted of the principal, vice principal, program manager CI classes, teachers of class CI program, psychologists, secretaries class CI program, and parents of students class CI program. Data analysis was performed through three lines of activities: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the CI program management class 2 SD Muhammadiyah Pontianak effective with the implementation of the management activities of planning, implementation, and evaluation of class CI program.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang manajemen program kelas CI pada SD Muhamadiyah 2 Pontianak. Namun secara spesifik tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang: (a) manajemen perencanaan program kelas CI, (b) manajemen pelaksanaan program kelas CI, dan (c) manajemen evaluasi program kelas CI pada SD Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak. Penelitian ini bersifat diskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi non-partisipan, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, manager program kelas CI, guru pengajar program kelas CI, psikolog, sekretaris program kelas CI, dan orang tua peserta didik program kelas CI. Analisis data dilakukan melalui 3 jalur kegiatan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen program kelas CI pada SD Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak berjalan efektif dengan terlaksananya kegiatan manajemen perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program kelas CI.
