This study entitled "Social Change in Communities in the Tourism Village of Rajati Flower Garden Rasau Jaya Tiga". The research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The source of research data is the community around Rajati Flower Garden. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study: (1) The process of social change in the community in the tourist village of Rajati Flower Garden, the invention of the BUMDes Maju Jaya chairman, the idea was developed with the youth of Karang Taruna Gemarajati as workers. Then communication is less effective, there are people who refuse and accept village tourism. The community adjusts, the channel for social change is BUMDes Maju Jaya and Karang Taruna Gemarajati, and reorganization in the form of regulations. (2) The impact of the process of social change in the community at Rajati Flower Garden, namely: (a) a positive impact is easy and smooth community activity, social mobility depends on visitor activity, and the mindset of the community develops. (b) Negative impacts have not yet found major conflicts. However, some people deliberately damage the park and visitors littering.  Keywords: Community, Social Change, and Tourism Village.
