PENGARUH LATIHAN SASARAN MENGGUNAKAN BAN BEKAS TERHADAP HASIL SHOOTING PERMAINAN SEPAKBOLA SISWA HIDAYATUL MUHSININ

Abstract

Abstract: This study is aimed to know the influence of target practice by using
tyres againt the resulf of shooting on goal in soccer of SMAS Hidayatul Muhsinin
Kubu Raya students. The method used in this study is an experiment method. The
population are the twenty students of SMAS Hidayatul Muhsinin Kabupaten
Kubu Raya who join the extra-curricular. The a Hidayatul Muhsinin Kabupaten
Kubu Raya who join the extra-curricular. The analysis result gained the value of ttest
= 4,662 which is higher that the result of t-tabel = 2,093. Based on the result
of study, it is known that there is an influence from target practice by Muhsinin
Kubu Raya’s students soccer.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan sasaran
mengunakan ban bekas terhadap hasil shooting ke gawang permainan sepakbola
pada siswa SMAS Hidayatul Muhsinin Kubu Raya. Metode yang di gunakan
dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperiment. Populasi dalam penelitian ini
adalah seluruh siswa ekstrakurikuler SMAS Hidayatul Muhsinin Kabupaten Kubu
Raya yang berjumlah 20 orang. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh nilai ttest = 4,662
lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai ttabel = 2,093. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian
tersebut bahwa terdapat pengaruh latihan sasaran menggunakan ban bekas
terhadap hasil shooting ke gawang permainan sepakbola pada siswa SMAS
Hidayatul Muhsinin Kubu Raya.
