Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the correlation between discipline, interest in
learning, and motivation of outstanding learners with the acquisition of
thematic learning, as well as to find out how much a combined contribution
between discipline, interest in learning, and motivation of achievement of
learners with the acquisition of thematic learning. This research uses
descriptive method with quantitative approach. This type of research is
correlational. Data collection is done using questionnaire instruments. Data
analysis techniques are carried out with descriptive statistical analysis,
while to determine the correlation between the three variables. The results
showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between:
discipline, interest in learning, and motivation to achieve together with
thematic learning acquisition, this is evidenced by a percentage value of
93.4% , and a combined contribution between discipline, interest in
learning, and motivation of outstanding learners with the acquisition of
thematic learning with a percentage value of 87.3%.
