Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of the Curriculum 2013
revision in Social Studies Subject at the SMP Mujahidin Pontianak. Based on the
aspects of planning, implementation and assessment at the SMP Mujahidin Pontianak.
The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The participants of this study
were the seventh grade social studies teachers and the seventh grade students of SMP
Mujahidin Pontianak. The data collection techniques used in this research were
observation, interview and documentation. The tools of data collection used were
observation guidelines / list, interview guidelines,. The techniques of analyzing data
used were collecting the data, reductioning the data, presenting the data, making
conclusion and verification. The result of the study indicated that the implementation of
the curriculum 2013 Revision in the learning process of social studies subject has been
carried out by the teacher by aranging lesson plan (RPP). The implementation of the
curriculum 2013 Revision subject has been carried out well by the teacher and
according to the lesson plan and leads to the integration of 4 components,that were
Strengthening of the Character Building (PPK). High Other Thingking Skill (HOTS),
literacy culture and the ability of 21st Century (4C).
