Abstract
This study aimed to investigated the influence of peer group to impulse buying in Economics Education Students FKIP University of Tanjungpura. The method that used on this research is quantitative method with a causal approach. The populations on this research is regular A students Economics Education FKIP University of Tanjungpura who ever been do the impulse buying. The sample on this research amount to 50 respondents obtained through with proportional random sampling technique. Data collected with spread the quisioner that filled by sample as a respondents on google form. And then, the data analysis used simple linear regression technique. The results of this research found that peer group was a significant positive effect of impulse buying in Economics Education FKIP University of Tanjungpura. Value of the effect amount to 16,5% by the Sig value 0,002 < 0,05. It"™s means that Ho (null hypothesis) being rejected. The conclusion is there is an effect of peer group on impulse buying in Economics Education Students FKIP Univeristy of Tanjungpura amount to 16,5% and 83,5% is influenced by other factors not extaminated on this research.
