Abstract

Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the influence of quantum teaching on the result of learning mathematics and the discipline of students in grade V state primary school 06 south Pontianak. The research method use experiment a from of quasi experimental design type non equivalent group design. Data collection techniques are measured with research instrument in the essay test, angket and observation sheet. Research population consisted of two classes, VA as a control class of 25 students and VB as an experiment class of 23 students. Based on calculation obtained, then the average study result of class control was 69 and the experiment was 78. Average disciplinary data of the class control was 74,3 and the experiment was 75,78. Based on the result of the test calculation obtained for study result mathematics thitung 3,38 > ttabel 2,0147 then Ha is accept and thitung 1,65 < ttabel 2,0147 for disciplinary data then Ha is rejected. Effect size obtained for learning outcome was 0,68 by medium criteria and for disciplinary was 0,35 by medium criteria. This means there is a medium influence of quantum teaching on the result of learning mathematic and discipline of student grade V state primary school 06 south Pontianak.
