Abstract

Abstract This research was to describe the ability of students to multi mathematical representations in the concept of a special angle trigonometric comparison. The method used is descriptive. The subjects were all students of class XG SMAN 5 Pontianak. Data collection techniques using measurement techniques employing written tests and interviews. The result showed that 8 students in the upper group, there was one student with the ability of multi-representation that was classified as good with a percentage value of 73.75% of the score obtained 59, one student was sufficient with a percentage of the score of 56.25% of the score obtained 45. Then the remaining six students were less one student with a percentage value of 38.75% of the score obtained 31, one student with a percentage value of 35.00% of the score obtained was 28, two students with a percentage value of 32.50% of the score obtained was 26, one student with a percentage value of 30.00 % score obtained 24, and one student with a percentage value of 27.50% score obtained 22.
