Abstract

Thesis entitled Application of Classroom Management by Teachers in Efforts to Increase the Effectiveness of Economic Learning at the Mujahidin Senior High School in Pontianak. The general problem of this research is How is the Implementation of Classroom Management by Teachers in an Effort to Increase the Effectiveness of Economic Learning at SMA Mujahidin Pontianak, the sub-problems are (1) Classroom Management Planning? (2) Implementation of the learning process? (3) Evaluation of classroom management? The approach to this research is a qualitative approach, descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques are interviews and documentation study. Data collection tools for interview guides, field notes, and cameras. The results showed. (1) At the planning stage, the teacher implements the planning in the form of RPP. (2) At the Implementation Stage the teacher regulates emotional conditions and controls physical conditions while in class. (3) At the evaluation stage, the teacher gives homework. Thus it can be concluded that the teacher in an effort to increase the effectiveness of economic learning at the Mujahidin High School in Pontianak has been implemented starting from planning, implementing and evaluating learning which are categorized as very good.
