Abstract

This study aims to identify cooperation and accommodation forms in associative social interactions of oil palm farmers in Empiyang Raya Hamlet, Mukti Jaya Village, Meliau District of Sanggau Regency. The research method used in this study is qualitative, with the data collected from oil palm farmers (primary) and documentation (secondary). Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that cooperation form in associative social interaction between the oil palm farmers is manifested in direct cooperation based on orders when facing problems in work and initiative of their own will to help. Accommodation form in associative social interaction between oil palm farmers is manifested in agreement when disputes occur between oil palm farmers, and tolerance for one of the oil palm farmers to avoid ongoing conflict.
