Abstract
The research objective was to describe the influence of the principal's learning leadership
and communication on the work motivation of teachers in the SMP Negeri, Teluk Keramat
District, Sambas Regency. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach. Test
data analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) ver.25 test validity,
reliability, data normality, data linearity, correlation test, hypothesis testing techniques,
multiple linear regression, t test, and test f. Hypothesis testing discussion. The results of
research at SMP Negeri Teluk Keramat District Sambas Regency. 35 people (56.5%) had
female,teacher age of 51-60 years (67.7%),47 people have an undergraduate education
background,teacher work 11-20 years (44.4%). The conclusion of the learning leadership
and principal communication based on the results of the calculations carried out already
has sufficient criteria.
