PEMANFAATAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN ONLINE OLEH GURU PADA MASA COVID-19 DI SDN 34 PONTIANAK SELATAN

Abstract

Abstract

This research was motivated by the application of an online learning system at
SDN 34 South Pontianak due to the spread of the Covid-19 virus in Indonesia.
This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach that explains the use of online
learning media by teachers and what online learning media are used. Data
collection techniques were carried out through interview and observation
techniques. The number of research participants taken was seven people
consisting of three teachers in grades III, IV, V and four parents of grade IV and
V students. how to share a learning video link taken from youtube to a whatsapp
group, then direct students to watch the learning video, after that the teacher
gives assignments to students according to the material in the learning video. In
addition, the teacher also conducts virtual learning through the google meet
application where at the meeting, the teacher explains the material from the
theme book, and students listen to the teacher's explanation. The online learning
media used by teachers are learning videos assisted by supporting tools such as
smartphones and laptops, as well as supporting applications such as WhatsApp,
Youtube, and Google Meet.
