Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to describe the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of
implementation online learning during the covid-19 pandemic for teachers in schools the
base of the mujahidin Pontianak. The research method used is the method descriptive with
the form of qualitative research. The data sources of this research are This research is the
sixth grade teacher of the Pontianak Mujahidin Elementary School. Technique Data
collection used is semi-structured interviews. Analysis data presented from the results of
interviews which are then interpreted using the Miles and Huberman model. There are

supporting factors and barriers to the implementation of online learning during the Covid-
19 pandemic for teachers at Pontianak mujahidin elementary schools are supporting factors

such as: adequate infrastructure, availability of learning media, availability of online
learning applications, learning video training activities, guidance of fellow teachers in using
information technology, the existence of parental support, inhibiting factors such as limited
student facilities, teacher limitations in using information technology, lack of parental role
in supervising their children when following online learning, student discipline, low interest
and motivation student learning, internet signal instability when learning online, limited time
in delivering the material.
