Abstract
Harmonious in ethnicity is a developed country. Indonesia is a pluralistic country. At the
age of 76, this nation should have become a developed nation, but in reality it is a
developing country. Facts prove that inter-ethnic relations are still pseudo, history records
inter-ethnic conflicts often occurring and changing. However, it has been stated recently
that the people of Singkawang City are the most tolerant in this country. The city of
Singkawang is able to maintain and realize a harmonious and harmonious life in diversity.
It is also at SMK Mudita Singkawang. In fact, SMK Mudita Singkawang has described
harmony in ethnicity and very good school governance. However, it needs to be
strengthened again. This research is a case study research. Methods of collecting data by
interview, document, and observation. The results of the research are: (1). The
internalization of a shared vision with a multicultural dimension at SMK Mudita
Singkawang has been effective and in accordance with the indicators of the school's vision
and the values of multicultural education. (2). The actualization of building cross-cultural
relations by internalizing the five dimensions of multicultural education and the values of
democracy, public relations and pluralistic feels concrete. (3) Supervision is carried out
directly or indirectly by the principal in the process, implementation and evaluation after
the activity and is assisted by the official supervisor. The conclusion is that strengthening
harmonization in ethnicity through internalization, actualization and supervision of
multicultural education is in accordance with the principles of multicultural management.
