Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the principal's visionary
leadership style and school organizational culture on the motivation of teachers'
achievement in several State Senior High Schools in Mempawah Regency. The data
analysis test used Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) ver.26. The
techniques used were validity, reliability, data normality test, data linearity test,
correlation analysis, regression analysis, T test and F test, and hypothesis testing.
The conclusion of this research is that the principal's visionary leadership style (X1)
is 53.2% and the school organizational culture (X2) is 61.4% and (X1) and (X2) to
(Y) is 68.7% can be declared influential The implications of the influence of
visionary leadership style and school organizational culture on teacher achievement
motivation are useful for understanding where visionary leadership is needed today
to build a vision and mission in order to adapt to the current phenomena and so does
school organizational culture in order to increase motivation. teacher achievement
is even better and can be maintained.
