This study discusses the Mobile Library Service at the Library and Archives Service of West Kalimantan Province. The purpoe of this study was to find out what efforts were made in overcoming the obstacles to the reading interest of users in the mobile library at the Library and Archives Service of West Kalimantan Province. This study uses a qualitative method in the form of descriptive research. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Techniques of data analysis by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are to determine the mobile library services in the effectiveness of developing reading interest and the efforts made in overcoming the obstacles to the reading interest of the library service users in the library and archive service of the West Kalimantan Province. The existence of this mobile library service is very beneficial for the community, especially for people who live far from the city center because people do not need to spend a lot of time, energy and effort. costs to be able to enjoy the collection of library materials and to find the required information. The supporting efforts for mobile library services at the West Kalimantan Provincial Library and Archives Service are the types of collections provided, the services provided and the mobile library car that already exists at the West Kalimantan Provincial Library and Archives Service.
