PENGARUH VARIASI LATIHAN TARGET TERHADAP HASIL SHOOTING PERMAINAN FUTSAL PADA EKSTRAKURIKULER DI SMA NEGERI 1 SUNGAI AMBAWANG

Abstract

This study aims to improve the accuracy of athletes or futsal players, namely increasing the ability of shooting accuracy with variations in target training on the shooting results of athletes/extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Ambawang. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis with experimental research methods and this research design uses a one group pre-test-post-test design and uses a research instrument in the form of Shooting Accuracy Test. The subjects of this study were all athletes/extracurricular students of SMAN 1 Sungai Ambawang, totaling 20 people, located in Ambawang Kuala Village, Kubu Raya Regency. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of target training variations on the results of shooting futsal games on the shooting accuracy abilities of extracurricular athletes/students of SMAN 1 Sungai Ambawang with an increase of 22.81% of the accuracy ability of the players after being given treatment or treatment for 10 meetings.
