Abstract
This study aims to describe the planning of the vision, mission, management structure
school organization, principals lead school organizations, and character-based school
supervisionat SD Tunas Bangsa, Kubu Raya Regency. This research is a type of case
study research withusing a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach was carried
out because it wanted to describecharacter-based school management carried out by SD
Tunas Bangsa, Kubu Raya Regency. Results research shows the adjustment of the
school's vision and mission is reformulated collaboratively, every beginning school year
all teachers and staff are involved. The school organization as a whole has a
Foundation, Director School, Principal, and Curriculum Coordinator (PYP
Coordinator). Then there are the teachers asthe executor. The principal in collaboration
with the PYP Coordinator always ensures that the IB implemented properly and did not
deviate as expected. Tunas Bangsa Elementary School uses IB curriculum, all learning
activities must be in accordance with IB. Supervision is carried out through supervision,
both daily through CCTV, scheduled and unscheduled, both formal and informal.
