Abstract

Abstrak

This study aims to find out how the concepts and practices of Pancasila and citizenship
education are carried out by the Nahdlatul Ulama Student Association (IPNU)
organization of Kubu Raya Regency. This research method uses a qualitative approach
with the type of descriptive research. Sources of data in this study is the result of
observation, interviews and documentation. Data collection tools in the form of
observation guidelines, interview guides and documentation. The results showed that: 1)
The Nahdlatul Ulama Student Association (IPNU) Kubu Raya had several cadre programs,
namely, MAKESTA, LAKMUD, and LAKUT. 2) The MAKESTA, LAKMUD and LAKUT
programs are carried out according to the stages, namely the first stage of MAKESTA, then
the second stage of LAKMUD and LAKUT. The implementation of the program includes a
process of internalizing Pancasila values and citizenship in every activity, all of which can
revitalize Pancasila Education for IPNU cadres and IPNU administrators. 3) The
supporting factor of the cadre implementation is the IPNU secretariat of Kubu Raya
Regency to carry out several work programs. Meanwhile, several factors hindering the
implementation of the IPNU program in Kubu Raya Regency are the lack of loyalty of
IPNU seniors to the new generation, and the lack of funds to run the organization.
