Abstract

The background of this study was the uniqueness of the Bantang Dara Irakng. Studio which is the oldest Dayak studio in Sambas regency, the destination this research is to fine out how the management and management factors what factors influence it and in accordance with the articles of association and bylaws this study uses a descriptive method with from of qualitative research and sosiological approach. Research data source in the from of the results of observations, interviews and documentation of the resource persons, namely: Alfred Doren. Grata Rini Priscayati and Marcellus Eric SR. Techniques to test validity data using extended observations and triangulation of sources with data analysis compiled and analyzed systematically, research results shows that the management of this studio is well structured, has a vision and mission, the purpose of forming a studio. The elements contained in management, amony others: human resources, money, system ways to achieve objectives, materials, marketing, and information. So it can be conciuded that the existence of the bantang Dara Irakng studio is maintained with the management this family-friendly studio. Although the management system is still not too good, but until now the popularity of the studio is increasing and well developed.
