ANALISIS SIKAP TOLERANSI SISWA X IPS 5 SMA NEGERI 1 SUNGAI RAYA KUBU RAYA

Abstract

Abstract

The aim of this study to find out how the tolerance attitude of students in class X IPS
5 at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya Regency. The research method used is a
descriptive method with a qualitative research form. The source of this data is the
homeroom teacher who is also a Sociology subject teacher for class X IPS 5 and
students from class X IPS 5 at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya Regency.
Data collection techniques in this study were through observation, interviews and
documentation, while the data collection tools used were observation guides,
interview guides and documentation tools. Data analysis in this study was presented
in a qualitative descriptive manner using seven informants. The results showed that
1. Freedom or independence that occurred in class X IPS 5 SMA Negeri 1 Sungai
Raya, Kubu Raya Regency was categorized as good. This is proven by the ability of
students to recognize, accept and appreciate the differences that exist between them
regarding religion and ethnicity. Then students are able to respect the opinions of
other students, are able to accept differences of opinion, students give positive
responses, constructive input and appreciation of friends who express opinions. 2.
Mutual understanding that occurs in Class X Social Sciences 5 SMA Negeri 1 Sungai
Raya, Kubu Raya Regency is categorized as good. This is evident from the attitude of
understanding the different opinions of each student. Students of class X IPS 5 give
their friends the opportunity to express their opinion without interrupting or making
fun of their friends' answers. Not only that, students orderly wait for each other's
turn while exercising, of course this proves that there is mutual understanding
between them. And the number of students in Class X IPS 5 who have friends outside
their class proves that Class X IPS 5 students adapt to mingle and tolerate each
other with students from other classes. this is also of course related to mutual
understanding where in relationships between individuals it is necessary to
understand each other to avoid conflicts between them.
