Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to develop electronic comic media on the material of the circulatory
system in science subjects, Theme 4, Subtheme 1, Learning 1, 2, and 5. This type of
research is a development tresearch using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development,
Implementation) model., and Evaluation). Quantitative data in this study were
obtained from product assessments by validation experts and also from the results of
filling out questionnaires for teacher and student respondents. Qualitative data were
obtained from suggestions and notes by validators, teachers and students. The
research instruments in this study were in the form of interview guidelines and
questionnaires. The level of validity of electronic comic media is based on the results
of assessments from media experts, material experts, and linguists, while the level of
product feasibility is assessed from the response to the use of electronic comic media
based on the results of assessments by teachers and fifth grade students at SDN 30
Pontianak Selatan. The results of the validation by media experts obtained an average
value of 2.92 in the "valid" category. The results of the validation by material experts
obtained an average value of 3.10 in the "valid" category. The results of validation by
linguists obtained an average value of 2.86 in the "valid" category. The results of the
feasibility of electronic comic media by a small group obtained an average score of
3.12 in the "appropriate" category. The results of the feasibility of electronic comic
media by large groups obtained an average score of 3.07 in the "appropriate"
category. The results of the feasibility of electronic comic media by class teachers
obtained an average value of 3.80 in the "very feasible" category.
