Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate and
compensation on the work commitment of honorary teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta,
Sungai Raya District, Kubu Raya Regency. Testing data analysis using Statistical Product and
Service Solution (SPSS) ver.25 for windows. The techniques used are validity, reliability, data
normality test, data linearity test, homogeneity test, correlation analysis, regression analysis,
T test and F test, and statistical hypothesis testing. The conclusion of this study is that the
organizational climate (X1) is 7.723 and the work commitment of honorary teachers (X2) is
7.533 and (X1) and (X2) to (Y) is 55.8% and 44.2% can be declared influential. To improve
the organizational climate, it is expected that the head of madrasah aliyah, able to hold
discussions, training, can maintain or increase compensation for honorary teachers, and
increase work commitment for honorary teachers, madrasah principals are able to provide
motivation to the teacher assembly.
