This study aims to analyze the correlation between Independence learning, learning motivation with learning
outcomes for fourth grade elementary school students Country 12 Sungai Kakap. The method used in this
research is the method descriptive with the form of a correlation study. The population in this study is all
fourth grade students of 12 Sungai Kakap State Elementary School. Sampling is done by using purposive
sampling technique with a sample size of 25 students in grade IV B Elementary School 12 Sungai Kakap.
Results Research shows that learning independence is 82.68%, learning motivation is 85.84% and learning
outcomes obtained an average of 86.04. Statistical calculations using product moment correlation formula,
namely independent learning with learning outcomes obtained rcount -0.261, learning motivation with
learning outcomes obtained rcount -0.99,learning independence and learning motivation obtained rcount -
0.261. For independence learning and learning motivation with learning outcomes using the double
correlation formula obtained Ry.x1x2 of 4.16 in the category of very strong relationship with Fcount of -11.67
and Ftable = 5% of 4.28 which means Fcount (-11.27) < Ftable (4,28), then Ho is accepted. So, it can be
concluded that there is a relationship between learning independence and learning motivation with the
learning outcomes of fourth grade students 12 Sungai Kakap State Elementary School.
