PERAN PENGURUS DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN KARAKTER ANGGOTA MAJELIS TA"™LIM AHSANUL MUSTHOFA DI DESA KUALA DUA KECAMATAN KUBU RAYA

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the board in

developing the character of the members of the Ahsanul Musthofa
Ta'lim Council in Kuala Dua Village, Kubu Raya District. The research
approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection
techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The
analysis in this study is presented descriptively using 6 informants. The
results of this study indicate that the role of the board of the Ta'lim
Ahsanul Musthofa as coaches, role models and training programs has
been carried out. It has been proven that the character of members who
develop are responsible, religious, and appreciate achievements. The
activities in the Ahsanul Musthofa Ta'lim Assembly are, yasin and
tahlil, Ratibul Haddad, understanding fiqh/advice and prayer.
