Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to find out the response of the people of Batulayang village to
government policies related to social distancing during the Covid-19 pandemic. A
common problem in this study is how the community responds to government policies
related to social distancing during the Covid-19 pandemic, how the participation of the
people of Batulayang village related to social distancing. The research method used is
defxriptif with qualitative research forms. Data collection techniques used observation
guides, interview guides, and documentation. The analysis in this study was presented
descriptively qualitatively by using informants as many as 7 people from Batulayang
village. The results of this study show that the response of the people of Batulayang
village to government policies related to social distancing during the Covid-19
pandemic is quite good by trying to adapt to a new way of life where using masks when
activities outside the home and maintaining distance from each other and community
participation in responding to government policies is quite good, if within the scope of
the group they provide handwashing, Wear a mask and keep your distance from each
other.
