PENGARUH TEORI BELAJAR VAN HIELE TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA PESERTA DIDIK DI SD

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh dari penerapan teori belajar Van Hiele terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelasV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 12 Pontianak Kota. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V A yang berjumlah 28 orang dan kelas V B yang berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil analisis data, diperoleh rata"“rata post-test pada kelas ekperimen diperoleh sebesar 72,79 sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 59,50. Hasil perhitungan effect size data hasil belajar peserta didik kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol diperoleh sebesar  diklasifikasikan dalam kategori tinggi, yang berarti bahwa penerapan teori belajar Van Hiele memberikan pengaruh yang tinggi terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada pada pembelajaran Matematika di kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 12 Pontianak Kota.

Abstract: This research aims to analyze how big the effect of the application of the Van Hiele theory of learning on learning outcomes of students fifth grade math Elementary School 12 Pontianak. The research method used is a quasi-experiment with the design of the research is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample was student class 28 in total VA and VB classes totaling 30 people. The results of the analysis of the data, obtained by the average post-test in the experimental classes obtained at 72.79 while the control class is 59.50. The results of the calculation of effect size data from the experimental study of students and grade class gained control of 0.85 is classified in the high category, which means that the application of the Van Hiele theory of learning high impact on learning outcomes of students in the learning of Mathematics in the Elementary School fifth grade 12 Foreign Pontianak.
