This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and compensation on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Jongkat District. The research method used is descriptive in the form of quantitative research. The data sources of this study were all Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Jongkat sub-district and the data were in the form of research questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that there was an influence of organizational culture on the performance of Madrasah teachers in Jongkat District, indicated by the t value of the organizational culture variable of 4.936 > 2.009 t. table, so that it can be categorized that there is an influence of organizational culture (X1) on teacher performance (Y). The t value of the compensation variable is 2,595 > 2,009 t table, so it can be categorized that there is an effect of compensation (X2) on the teacher's performance (Y), there is an influence of organizational culture and compensation simultaneously on the teacher's performance, this is indicated by the calculated f value of 30,622 > 3.18 f table, and its significance value is 0.000 <0.05. The correlation coefficient of the effect of X1 and X2 simultaneously on Y is 0.742, which is in the strong category. The coefficient of determination of the R Square value of 0.551 means that the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture (X1) and compensation (X2) on the teacher's performance (Y) is 55.1%
