HUBUNGAN LINGKUNGAN KELAS DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VII PADA PELAJARAN IPS DI MTs

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship of classroom environment to the learning outcomes of students of class VII A and VII C in social studies in junior Darul Ulum Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya. The method used is descriptive correlation study research form. The population was 45 students. The results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient for VII class A 0,912 and class VII C 0,927. The correlation coefficient for class VII A and VII C in the category of very strong. For product moment correlation significance test, for class VII A with n = 32, standard error of 5%, then the value of r = 0,349 table. As for class VII C with n = 13, standard error of 5%, the value of r = 0,553 table. Thus, for class VII A is 0,912 > 0,394 and for class VII C is 0,927 > 0,553. Thus, the correlation coefficient between the classroom environment and student learning outcomes is significant.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan lingkungan kelas dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII A dan VII C pada mata pelajaran IPS di MTs. Darul Ulum Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi korelasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 45 siswa. Hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi untuk kelas VII A sebesar 0,912 dan kelas VII C sebesar 0,927. Koefisien korelasi untuk kelas VII A dan VII C masuk dalam kategori sangat kuat. Untuk uji signifikasi korelasi product moment, untuk kelas VII A dengan n = 32, taraf kesalahan 5 %, maka nilai r tabel = 0,349. Sedangkan untuk kelas VII C dengan n = 13, taraf kesalahan 5 %,   nilai r tabel = 0,553. Maka, untuk kelas VII A adalah 0,912 > 0,394 dan untuk kelas VII C adalah 0,927 > 0,553. Jadi, koefisien korelasi antara lingkungan kelas dan hasil belajar siswa adalah signifikan.
