Abstract

The study was to analyze the welfare of palm workers in the village of pancaroba district amriver district.
The research method that I use in this study is a descriptive method using qualitative approach. The sources of data in this study are people who work as palm oil workes of 10 people who responded to interviews. Data collection is obtained through interview guidelines and then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and the verification of conclusions, and then verifying the validity of the data using technical triangulation. Researchers conducted research and interviews with palm workers are able to meet basic needs such as the basics, workers are able to pay for the education of their children to a higher level, helath insurance for family members is guaranteed from the company they work for.
