Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is a correlation between independence and learning responsibility with the learning
outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 16 Pontianak City. The research method used is descriptive method with the form of
relationship studies research using correlation studies. The
population in this study amounted to 42 students and the sample used was 42 students. Data collection techniques in this study are indirect
communication techniques and documentary study techniques. The instrument (data collection tool) of this research is in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire) and cognitive value documents. The results showed that the learning independence of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 16 Pontianak City of 88.47% is in the "Very Good" category and student learning responsibilities of 85.24% are in the "Very Good" category. While the learning outcomes of fourth graders at SD Negeri 16 Pontianak City obtained an average of 60.90 in the "Good Enough" category. Based on the calculation of the results of multiple correlations calculated using SPSS 26 between independence and learning responsibility with learning outcomes of 0.141, so it can be concluded that there is no correlation between independence and learning responsibility with learning outcomes of fourth grade students of State Elementary School 16 Pontianak City
with a correlation level very low.
