Abstract

This study aims to determine students who experience digital literacy difficulties in online learning for class VIII SMP Negeri 21 Pontianak. The form of research uses a survey study, the population in this study is all class VIII totaling 199 students, the sample in this study amounted to 53 students, the sample was taken using random sampling, the research method used was descriptive data collection is an indirect communication technique using a questionnaire distributed directly to each class, data analysis using percentage correction. The results showed that the form of digital literacy difficulties in online learning obtained results of 63% in the medium category, the form of strategies to overcome digital literacy difficulties in online learning obtained results of 70% in the high category, the process of supporting strategies for overcoming digital literacy difficulties in online learning obtained results of 71% fall into the high category,. Based on the description above, in general, students who experience digital literacy difficulties in online learning are still high in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 21 Pontianak in the 2020/2021 academic year).
