Abstract

Raudhatul Muhtadin Islamic Kindergarten, Pontianak City. Research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The source of the research data is the Islamic Kindergarten teacher Raudhatul Muhtadin Pontianak City. Data collection techniques using observational research, interviews, documentation. The results of the study show that: 1. Teachers set goals referring 2013 Curriculum and Law No. 20 of 2003 the National Education System 2. Teachers prepare information sources 2013 Curriculum document and Law No. 20 of 2003 the National Education System by digging up information the 2013 Curriculum. and Law Number 20 of 2003 the National Education System for level children's motor development which is under control of children's motor development and the teachers we prepare as source of information on children's motor development 3. Teachers do not determine basic competencies and formulate basic competency learning activities that have been determined in children's activity book, formulating learning activities according to learning indicators 4. The teacher determines tools and determines assessment or child's motor development is not permanent. tools and assessment criteria but tools used by teacher are available in advance to be available in advance to assess teacher according to achievement indicators and adjust character of assessment.
