This research was conducted to determine: 1) How much parents income (rubber farmers) in Gapura village. 2) How much is the allocation of children's formal education costs in Gapura village. 3) The magnitude of the influence of parents' income on the allocation of children's formal education costs. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type that leads to a causal relationship. The sample is 85 people. Methods of data collection using an open questionnaire and documentation. This research instrument uses validity and reliability tests. This study was analyzed using a simple linear regression technique with the help of SPSS version 20. The results showed: 1) The income of parents in Gapura village was included in the high category, namely 75%. 2) The allocation of children's formal education costs in the village of Gapura is in the medium category 16%-19% . 3) There is an effect of parents' income on the allocation of costs. The magnitude of the influence of parents' income on the allocation of costs is 15%. Based on the research, the value of sig 0.000 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be seen that parents income has a significant positive effect on the allocation of children's education costs in Gapura village.
