This study aims to describe the efforts of teachers in providing sex education to early childhood aged 4-6 years in Bina Empat Lima Kindergarten, East Pontianak. The research method used is a descriptive method by forming qualitative research. The subjects in this study were two teachers who taught at Bina Empat Lima Kindergarten, East Pontianak. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that. The results of the research show that: 1. The role of the teacher as a mediator in providing sex education in early childhood is to mediate and a way o1qut for the role given by children regarding sex education by providing solutions; 2. Techers creating an atmosphere of learning didactic methods when in class by singing and clapping with children while they"™re learn about the lessons.
