Structure and function of plant tissue is a material that is dififcult to understand without the help of the media. This study aimed to develop an electronic flipbook (e-flipbook) learning media on the structure and function of plant tissue in class XI. This type of research was development research using 4D approach model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The data collection technique used was a closed questionnaire to the validator with eight aspects, namely aspects of format, content, language, integration, balance, shape, color, and effectiveness with 28 criteria. The questionnaire was assessed using a Likert scale. The data werw analyzed using Lawshe"™s formula to determine the validity of the media. Validators consisted of two lecturers of Biology Education FKIP University of Tanjungpura, Pontianak and three biology teachers in high school in Pontianak and Kubu Raya districts. The CVI (Content Validity Indeks) value for the e-flipbook media achieve 1 which was classified as valid and categorized as suitable to use as a learning medium in the submaterial of plant tissue structure and function.
