HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI SISWA DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR MATAPELAJARANSOSIOLOGI KELAS X SMA PGRI 1

Abstract

Abstrak:Permasalahan penelitian kurangnya motivasi siswa kelas X SMA PGRI 1 Pontianak padamata pelajaran sosiologi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui motivasi siswa dan hasil belajar pelajaran sosiologi. Bentuk penelitian Studi Korelasi. Jumlah populasi penelitian deskriptif ini 33 orang, 16 laki-laki dan 17 perempuan. Pengambilan data menggunakan angket dan nilai ulangan umum semester II. Motivasi siswa dikorelasikan dengan hasil belajar menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi Product Moment. Tingkat validitas dari angket sebesar 0,444 dan reliabilitas angket sebesar 0,905. Hasil penelitian rata-rata motivasi siswa tergolong baik (77,54) dan hasil belajar yang dicapai siswa tergolong baik (75,81). Hubungan motivasi siswa dengan hasil belajar sebesar (0,61) dalam kategori kuat. Hasil uji hipotesis nol (Ho) taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukan r hitung (0,61) > dari r tabel (0,344). Dengan demikian Ho ditolak, artinya terdapat hubungan signifikan motivasi siswa dengan hasil belajar.Motivasi memberikan 37.21% terhadap hasil belajar, 62.79% dipengaruhi faktor lainya.
