PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MELALUI METODE DISKUSI DIKELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 08 Merendeng, dengan menggunakan metode Diskusi. Variable bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Struktur Pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial dengan menerapkan metode diskusi dan variable terikatnya adalah Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial melalui metode Diskusi pada Siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 08 Merendeng. Metode dalam penelitian adalah metode deskriptif. Dengan bentuk penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan sifat kolaboratif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 08 Merendeng. Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosial dengan menerapkan metode diskusi dipeoleh tingkat hasil belajar siswa mencapai 85%, dengan hasil rata-rata kelas 95%. Dari hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa melalui penerapan metode diskusi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada siswa SDN 08 Merendeng, Kelas IV dalam pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosial.

Abstract: This study aimed to describe the learning outcomes of students in the Social Sciences Public Elementary School fourth grade 08 Merendeng, by using the method of discussion. The independent variable is the structure of the Social Sciences Learning by applying the method of discussion and the dependent variable is Improving Learning Outcomes of Social Sciences through methods Discussion in Class IV of the State Primary School 08 Merendeng. The method in this research is descriptive method. With this form of research is classroom action research with the collaborative nature. The population in this study are all fourth grade students of State Elementary School 08 Merendeng. Based on the analysis of data obtained on learning outcomes of students in social science by applying the method of discussion dipeoleh level student learning outcomes reached 85%, with an average yield of 95% grade. From the analysis it was concluded that by applying the method of discussion can improve student learning outcomes in students of SDN 08 Merendeng, Class IV in social science learning.
