EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI JURUSAN TEKNIK KONSTRUKSI BATU DAN BETON SMKN 1 SINTANG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2012 / 2013

Abstract

Abstrak, Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini bagaimanakah   pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri jurusan teknik konstruksi batu dan beton SMK Negeri 1 Sintang tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi program nasional yang wajib dilaksanakan oleh setiap SMK yaitu prakerin. Prakerin mempunyai beberapa komponen dalam pelaksanaanya yaitu komponen input: komponen proses, komponen hasil. Model penelitian evaluasi yang digunakan pada penelitian evaluatif ini yaitu Stake"™s Countenance Model. Evaluasi model ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan/ fase yaitu Masukan (antecedents), Proses (transactions), Hasil (outcomes). Berdasarkan hasil dari evaluasi ini adalah pelaksanaan prakerin dijurusan teknik konstruksi batu dan beton berjalan baik. Berdasarkan simpulan hasil evaluasi maka direkomendasikan bahwa pelaksanaan program prakerin di jurusan Teknik Konstruksi Batu Beton SMKN 1 Sintang dapat dilanjutkan dengan perbaikan-perbaikan di dalam komponen program.

Abstact, Problem discusses   in this study is the Evaluation of industrial competency technical skills of engineering Concrete Construction building departement of SMK Negeri 1 Sintang of Sintang Regency in Academic Year 2012/2013. The background is the Prakerin is a nationally program which is practiceable by all student of SMK.   Research evaluation model that used in this researches is "Stake Countenance". This model is comprise from three phases, which is input (antecedents), process (transactions), output (outcomes). This evaluation is for repartion to know which program that can be proceed, repair or displace. The final result of this evaluation is good. Prepairation for giving guidance and councelling for prakerin trainec is not good because unmathces of competency. Based on evaluation result that recommended on prakerin program for technical skill of engineering concrete construction building departement, at SMKN 1 Sintang can be carried on with repair in each program compenent.
