PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI KELAS X DI SMA/MA NEGERI PONTIANAK

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X di SMA/MA Negeri Pontianak. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X. Alat pengumpulan data yang penulis lakukan yaitu melalui angket yang diberikan kepada guru mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X dan studi dokumentasi. Setelah penulis menganalisis instrumen dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, menganalisis data dan melakukan uji hipotesis yang diolah menggunakan komputerisasi perhitungan statistik dengan program SPSS versi 16. Dalam perhitungan ini akan diketahui pengaruh dari kedua Variabel X dan Y. Pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru Ekonomi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa adalah 64,9%. Dengan kata lain, prestasi belajar siswa di SMA/MA Negeri Pontianak ditentukan atau dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi profesional guru sebanyak 64,9%, dan 35,1% lagi ditentukan oleh faktor yang lain.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the professional competence of teachers to student learning outcomes on economic subjects of class X in SMA /MA State Pontianak. In this study the author uses descriptive research method. The population was subject teachers economy class X. data collection tool that I did that through a questionnaire given to teachers of economic subjects of class X and documentation. Once the authors the instrument to test the validity and reliability, analyze the data and to test the hypothesis that processed using computerized statistical calculations with SPSS version 16. In this calculation will be known to the influence of the two variables X and Y. The influence of teachers' professional competence Economy on student achievement was 64.9%. In other words, student achievement in high school SMA/MA State Pontianak determined or influenced by the professional competence of teachers as much as 64.9%, and 35.1% were determined by other factors.
