PENGARUH MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MELOMPAT TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR TEHNIK DASAR LOMPAT JANGKIT DI SMA

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media
pembelajaran melompat terhadap hasil belajar tehnik dasar lompat jangkit di kelas
X A SMA Negeri 3 Kabupaten Ketapang Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Metode
penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Bentuk desain eksperimen
menggunakan Pre-Eksperimental Design. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian
ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah 30 orang. Analisis data
dilakukan dengan analisis uji-t. Dari hasil tes lompat jangkit diketahui thitung > ttabel
(14,85 > 2,045) dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima, yang berarti terdapat
pengaruh. Terjadi perubahan peningkatan pada tes lompat jangkit sebesar 30%.
Hal ini berdasarkan hasil tes lompat jangkit setelah diberi perlakuan (treatment),
dimana mean posttest lebih besar dari mean pretest (18,6 > 14,3), Oleh karena itu,
penerapan media pembelajaran melompat dengan alat atau bahan paralon dan
direntangi karet dapat diterapkan untuk pembelajaran pada tehnik dasar lompat
jangkit.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of instructional
media jump on learning outcomes basic technique triple jump in class XA SMAN
3 Ketapang district of West Borneo Province. The method used was experimental.
Shape design of experiments using Pre-Experimental Design. The samples in this
study using purposive sampling technique with a number of 30 people. Data
analysis was performed by t-test analysis. From the results of the test are triple
jump thitung > ttabel (14.85 > 2.045) it can be concluded that the hypothesis is
accepted, which means that there is an influence. There is a change in the test
triple jump increase by 30%. It is based on the results of tests triple jump after
treated (treatment), where the mean is greater than the mean posttest pretest
(18,6>14.3), Therefore, the application of instructional media vault with a tool or
material PVC and rubber stretched can be applied to learning the basic technique
triple jump.
