Pengaruh Sifat Fisik Tanah Terhadap Konduktivitas Hidrolik Jenuh pada Lahan Pertanian Produktif di Desa Arang Limbung Kalimantan Barat

Pengukuran Nilai Konduktivitas Hidrolik Jenuh (KHJ) sangat penting untuk lahan pertanian, karena KHJ dapat mempengaruhi kesuburan tumbuhan. Nilai KHJ yang rendah pada lahan pertanian akan mengakibatkan tumbuhan menjadi layu dan kering, dan lahan pertanian memiliki nilai KHJ yang tinggi akan mengakibatkan tumbuhan menjadi layu akibat terganggunya penyerapan air. Jika lahan pertanian memiliki nilai KHJ yang cukup maka tumbuhan akan lebih segar dan baik untuk dikonsumsi. Pengolahan lahan pertanian juga dapat mempengaruhi sifat fisik tanah dan KHJ. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya nilai KHJ tanah pada dua lahan pertanian produktif dengan menggunakan metode Variabel/Falling Head Permeability Test dan mengetahui pengaruh sifat fisik tanah terhadap KHJ. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Arang Limbung Kalimantan Barat pada bulan April 2015 hingga bulan Oktober 2015. Penentuan sifat fisik tanah yaitu KHJ, bobot isi, berat jenis partikel, porositas tanah, dan tekstur tanah pada dua lahan pertanian produktif yaitu lahan gambas dan lahan sawah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai KHJ lahan sawah lebih tinggi daripada lahan gambas. Sifat fisik tanah yang mempengaruhi KHJ yaitu bobot isi, porositas, dan tekstur tanah.
